2 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
2/3 c. celery, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. minced onion
2 cans cream of chicken
c. regular milk
1 c. mayo
Seasons: onion salt, salt, pepper (to your liking)
Ritz crackers, topping on mixture

Cook chicken & rice. When finished combine all ingredients together. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9 X 13 casserole dish.
Top mixture with one bag of crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake @ 350 for 45-50 min.
