lb. ground beef or chicken
c. chopped onions
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
c. sliced ripe olives
1 pkg. of flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
c. sour cream
head of lettuce, shredded

Brown hamburger & onions.
Stir in can sauce, olives, & 1 cup shredded cheese. Place a spoonful of mixture in tortillas,
roll up, & place in greased baking dish (seam side down). Pour rest of sauce & cheese over top.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min until bubbly.
