1 lb. ground beef ½ c. uncooked rice ¼ c. minced onion or less 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1 egg, beaten ½ c. milk
Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Shape into meatballs. Brown in large frying pan. Choose choice of sauce. (BBQ, sweet & sour, or spaghetti sauce) Add a little bit of water to the sauce if it is too thick. Pour over cooked meatballs. Cover & simmer for 25-30 minutes. **Serve over rice
