1 lg box jumbo shells – cooked according to pkg ½ c. parmesan ½ c. bread crumbs (regular or Italian) 1 T. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 lb. cottage cheese 1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese 1 can traditional spaghetti sauce
Cook pasta according to pkg. Meanwhile stir together all cheeses, etc (except sauce). In 9 X 13 dish – spread ½ c. sauce on bottom of pan. Fill shells with mixture. Place in dish. Spread 1 tsp. sauce over each shell. Cover with foil. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 min.
