Fresh Cut Slab of Salmon - Any Size
Mayonaise
Wasabi
Yoshida Sauce
Furukake
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom of a baking dish or pan.
Place the slab of salmon in the baking dish/pan
Sprinkle with salt and pepper

In a separate small bowl - mix the mayonnaise and Wasabi to desired taste

Spread mayo and Wasabi mix over salmon
Pour Yoshida sauce around the salmon, just enough to touch the sides of the salmon.

Sprinkle Furukake over salmon

Broil for 5 minutes
Remove - cover with foil and Bake for 25 minutes at 325
