1 c. sour cream. Imitation fat-free works great.
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 c. each finely chopped green & red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
