2/3 C. Soy sauce
6 Tbsp. Vinegar
6 Tbsp. Sugar
6 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 tsp. ground Ginger
4 cloves Garlic, minced
5 lbs. Chicken Wings
Tin Foil Pan

Directions:
Directions:
Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients together, except for Chicken wings. Stir ingredients until well mixed. Place chicken wings in pan and cover with sauce. Toss chicken to coat. Bake at 350º for 2 hours, or until the wings turn a nice rich brown color (sometimes it takes longer). This works really well on the grill also. Make sure to flip them so all sides brown.
