1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, add flour, soda, vinegar and vanilla. Roll into two long tube like shapes, wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut into slices and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. These can be decorated with colored sugars or chopped nuts.
