2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
2 Tablespoons sour milk
3 very ripe bananas (mashed up)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, shortening and mashed bananas. Stir in flour, soda, and sour milk. Put into greased loaf pan. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

My family loves this with peanut butter or cream cheese. It is a grand way to use up ripe bananas. Hint: Ripe bananas can be kept in the freezer until you have time to bake.
