1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup red wine (cooking)
1/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp worshestershire
1/3 tsp minced onions
salt & pepper
Spinach
1 pkg. almonds & 1 cup sugar
oranges
bacon (fried)
sunflower seeds
raisens
hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Break spinach into bite size pieces
On medium heat put almonds into pan and put sugar on top of them. They will carmelize, make sure not to burn them. You must watch them until done. Cool
Add: sliced almonds, sliced onions, oranges, bacon (fried) sunflower seeds, raisens and hard boiled eggs
