1/3 cup butter
4 1/2 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup marshmellow whip
1 bar sweet Choc.(13 oz. grated)
2 pkg semi-sweet choc. chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and milk. Boil for 2 min.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Spoon into butter pan. Cool until firm.
