Soy sauce
Flour
2 onions
2 green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut venison in 1/2" slices raw
Pound steak with steak mallet
Put in plastic bag with soy sauce (2-4 Tbsp) for 2 hrs to marinate.
Roll in flour fry on high
Put in pan, layer steak, onion, green pepper until gone.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour
