Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
5 Tbsp powdered sugar
Mix like a pie crust and pat into round tourte or quiche pan. Bake 15 min @ 350 degree

Torte Filling:
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 cup Rhubarb diced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well until stiff. Gradually add sugar, flour and baking powder. Add Rhubarb and pur over baked crust.
Bake 35 min @ 350
DO NOT COVER: IT WILL TURN WATERY ON THE TOP.
