1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 Tbsp cream of tarter

1 cup water
1 Tbsp salad oil
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt & cream of tarter in saucepan. Add water, salad oil and food coloring to dry mixture. Cook over medium heat until you can't stir it anymore and its no longer sticky. Cool & ready to use. Store in ziploc bag in the refridgerator.
