5 to 6 Sweet Potatoes (yams)
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
4 to 5 eggs
3/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup Rum (any brand)
1 tlbs vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tlbs nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 grease baking dish. cook peeled potatoes, cut in small pieces, combine butter and sugar in large bowl, beat at medium speed until blended well. Add sweet potatoes or yams, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, beat until blended. pour into baking dish, sprinkle top generously with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until center springs back. cut into squares. optional. crushed pecans or walnuts.
