1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 T. flour
1 1/3 c. chicken consomme or boullion
6 tsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1-2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 c. plus 4 T. butter
1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and paprika chicken. Brown in 6-8 T. butter and place in large casserole. Add 4 T. butter and saute mushrooms for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour; add consomme, sherry and worcestershire. Cook 5 minutes. Arrange hearts between chicken pieces and pour sauce over all. Cover and bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes.
