60 Ritz crackers crushed and mix with 1 1/2 melted butter. Pat in 9x13 pan but keep out some for top.
Filling:
2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1-1/2 C milk
1 qt. butter pecan ice cream
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk together until thick. Add ice cream and beat well. Spread on top of crumbs. Spread cool whip on and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Can be made day before and kept in frig. Half of recipe, use 8 inch pan.
