Mix:
1-1/2 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash salt
Add to 3 beaten eggs
Stir in 4 C of 1 inch sliced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust for 9 inch double crust pie. Lay bottom crust in pie pan, pour rhubarb mixture on crust, dot with butter. Put on top crust. Puncture crust. Bake @ 400 for 50 minutes or until brown.
