1 unbaked pastry shell
1 can pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C sugar or light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 C evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a one-crust pie shell. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices. Beat well. Blend in pumpkin, add milk and beat well. Turn into pastry lined pan. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Pie is done when knife is inserted in center and it comes out clean.
