Ingredients:  
6 lb. spare ribs (frozen, cut in block size)
1 C shoyu
1 C vinegar
1 C brown sugar
salt to taste
1T crushed garlic
1T crushed ginger

2 cans for pineapple juice
4 t. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a very large pot.
bring to a boil, simmer for 1 1/2 hours or more.
Once done, mix pineapple juice and cornstarch together and mix with ribs, bring back to boil.
