6-8 thin sliced apples
1 tsp. salt
2 T brown sugar
Cinnamon
3/4 C pineapple juice
1/2 C crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Place apple slices on buttered pie dish. Sprinkle with salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour juice over, then pineapple. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
