Crust:

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour

Topping:
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups coconut
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup choc chips (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients well, but only to the crumbly, pea-size stage. Don't over mix. Pat in a large cookie sheet. Bake 5 - 10 minutes at 350.

Mix topping ingredients very well in a mixer, until creamy. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 20 minutes longer or until golden.
