2 Chicken Breast or Veggie Chicken Strips
1/2 small onion
3 cups cooked yellow saffron rice
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp curry
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in pan. Once chicken is cooked, dice into
small pieces.

Dice onion into small pieces. Next, saute onion in a seperate
pan until onions become slightly translucent.

Cook saffron rice according to instructions on rice package.

Combine cold water and curry in cup. Let soak for 5 minutes.

Combine all ingredients into one pot and allow mixture to
warm.
