3 c. rice
1 can red beans
few sprigs of thyme
1 can coconut milk
salt to taste
garlic
black pepper
1 qt. hot water
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1 . Grate coconut and use I qt. hot water to obtain the coconut
milk.

2. Place peas in saucepan with coconut milk.

Add clove and garlic and cook until tender.

3. Add remainder of ingredients, simmer until rice is properly
cooked.
