5 lb. pkg. large potatoes 2-3 oz pkg cream cheese 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 T. butter
Boil and mash potatoes untill smooth. Add remaining ingredients, cool, cover and place in refrigerator. May be used anytime in next 2 weeks. Place in greased Casserole, Dot with butter. Sprinkle on some grated american cheese.
