1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. bourbon or whiskey
2 T chopped ginger (powder ok)
2 T garlic - minced

Sauce
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 T dry mustard
1 1/2 T white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together marinade and put on pork tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or more. Grill.
Slice thinly and serve with sauce.

Stir together ingredients for sauce. Warm in microwave before serving. Garnish with sliced scallions - optional.
