1 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. c. chopped apple
3/4 c. craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 c. currants

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in fruit, then wet ingredients. Bake in paper lined muffin tins for 12-15 minutes.

I smuggled this recipe out of the Aveda Spa where they charged people to be soaked with fireman's hoses! (Isn't life funny?)
