Ingredients:  
6 eggs
2 C. milk
6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb.pork sausage - browned, drained
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
1 small tomato (optional)
1/4 lb. fresh, chopped mushrooms or 2 small cans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and combine with milk and bread.
Add browned sausage and all other ingredients.

Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 9 x 13 pan.
350 for 45 minutes.
