3/4 C orange juice
1 pkg, 3 oz orange gelatin
1/4 t salt
1 carton, 8 oz orange yogurt
1 T lemon juice
1 avocado, pelled and diced
5 oranges, pelled and sectioned or drained canned mandrian oranges 2 grapefruit peeled and sectioned or dranind canned

Directions:
Directions:
Put orange juice in a 4 quart microwave safe bowl and bring to a boil. Add gelatin and salt, stirring until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Blend in yogurt and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients and spoon into a 11/2 quart mold. Refrigerate until set.

The lemon juice and fruit keep the avocado from turning brown. I always use canned fruit.
