1 pkg, 71/4 oz. herb-butter rice/pasta mix(Rice A Roni)
3 T butter
2 lb or zucchini, shredded
1 med onion, chopped
1 can of crean of mushroom soup
1 C shredded Montery Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Saute past mix, zucchine, onion and butter for 3 minutes. Mix soup, 1/3 C water and add zucchini mixturel Stir in herb packet and 1/2C cheese. Pour into a shallow 2 qt baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 C cheese. Bake 25 minutes, let stand 5 minutes.
