1 3/4 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. brandy or bourbon

5 oz. unsweetened chocolate (5 squares)
2 c. sugar

2 c white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

! pkg. frozen rasberries

Preheat oven to 275
Prepare bundt pan greased and dusted w/ cocoa.
Heat coffee & brandy for 5 minutes on stovetop.
Mix flour, soda, salt together and set aside.
Dissolve chocolate squares, butter, sugar in coffee. Let is cool somewhat. Pour mixture into blender bowl and beat in flour mixture.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Blend frozen rasberries and some sugar and water in blender. I pour rasberries and whipped cream over the top of each piece of cake.
