Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 sticks Butter or Margarine 3 cups sugar 5 Eggs 3 Cups sifted cake flour 3/4 Cup 7-Up 1 tlbs lemon extract 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond extract Lemon Glaze Powdered Sugar Lemon Juice

Directions:	Directions: With electric mixer, beat butter until creamy, add sugar, a little at a time, beat until mixture is light and creamy (15-minutes). Add eggs, one at a time beating throughly after each egg. Remove mixture from mixer, and add extracts. alternate adding flour and 7-Up soda. Be sure the mixture is throughly beaten after each addition. pour in Bunt Pan. Cook for approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350º Lemon Glaze Powder sugar and lemon juice, just mix to you consistency, (creamy).

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: If you would like chopped nuts, you may pour chopped nut at bottom of pan before you put cake in pan. (Bake). you can substitute coconut flavor for lemon.
