Rib roast
garlic salt
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in for 1 hour in the morning at 375. Turn off oven and leave in oven till you are ready to serve later that day, then Turn oven back on for 45-50 minutes at 375.

Sprinkle garlic salt on top along with salt and pepper. Serve.
