1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk butter into dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add milk, yogurt and syrup. Stir well. Add dry ingredients and butter to the bowl. Cook pancakes at 350º on a hot griddle. Flip when bubbly.
