2-3 # salmon fillets cut into serving size portions
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
2 tsp. garlic in the jar
Peper and salt to taste

1/2 c. brown sugar

Note: you can use 5 cloves garlic instead of 2 tsp from the jar.

Mix marinade and pour over salmon. Marinate at least 2 hours. Grill flesh side down about 5 minutes then flip over to skin side & cook about 20 minutes depending upon thickness of fillets
