1 stick melted butter or marg.
1 heaping tablespoonful dry minced onions
1 tsp. salt
12oz, cottage cheese
1 10 oz. frozen broccoli spears
2 eggs
1pkg martha white cornbread mix (cotton Pickin)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º for 35 min., Thaw broccoli. Use 13X9 dish spray with pam. Now in lg bowl melt butter & add onions. Next place cottage cheese.
broccoli,eggs & salt in blender or food processer. Puree. Add to butter & onions,along with cornbread mix. Stir well. Place in dish and bake.
