1 Bunch Romaine Lettuce
8oz. Feta Cheese Crumbled
8oz. Shredded Parmesan
1/4 Red Onion - Slivered
1 c. Croutons

Dressing:
1/2 c. Canola Oil
2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Shoyu
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Anchovies or Anchovie paste to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Salad Dressing.
Add Onions to Dressing to Soak 10 min.
Assemble Salad.
Pour Dressing over salad 2 Minutes Before Serving.
Toss with Croutons.

I never really make it the same way twice so play with the dressing and different cheeses like blue and goat. No, you don't really have to use the anchovies, but if you don't your missing out!
