3 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 C oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. Pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp baking soda
3 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, cloves, nutmeg, oil and salt together in the mixer with the paddle on low speed.
2. Add the pumpkin, water, baking soda and flour slowly to the egg mixture.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 in the deck oven for 55 min.
