2 lb. beef stew meat
1 large onion
4 celery stalks
8 carrots
2 potatoes
2 T tapioca
1 T sugar
1/2 can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in order as listed in roaster pan.
Bake 250 covered. Do not open.
