1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup sour or buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients up to rhubarb and stir to combine. Stir in rhubarb and optional chopped nuts.

Pour into oblong pan and sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
