2 lbs potatoes, quartered
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 stick butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil (variation add clove of garlic to water). Cook until tender, approx. 20 mins.

Drain water. Add butter to potatoes. Warm evaporated milk (do not boil, just warm the milk). Add to potatoes and butter. Beat with a hand mixture until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and whisk to blend.
