8 cups air-popped popcorn
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4-6 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp corn syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Cook a further 5 minutes without stirring.

Add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn, stir, spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 275º for 15 minutes. Stir and bake 5 minutes more.

Cool and break into bite-sized pieces.
