2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 cups pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves 1-2/3 cup evaporated milk, top milk or light cream
Mix ingredients in order given. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven - 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
