4 c. cranberries
1 t. grated orange rind
2 oranges, peeled, sliced and quartered
1 c. golden raisins
1 1/4 c water
1 c chopped pecans
2 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put the first 5 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until berries are soft. Add the pecans and sugar and simmer, uncovered 10-15 minutes.
Chill.
