2 cups grated potatoes
1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
water to cover (about 2 quarts)
2 tsp salt in water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1/2 hour. Ease komla into boiling salt water. Jiggle kettle to keep them off bottom. Make the komla about 3" in diameter.
