2 # hamburger
1 - 7 oz. box spaghetti
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
chopped onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 - 12 oz. pkg mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 # jar of spaghetti sauce
1 - 12 oz. pkg sharp cheddar
1/2 chopped green pepper
1-1/2 cup chopped ham

Directions: Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Place cooked, drained noodles on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Pour egg and milk together over noodles and stir. Place beef over spaghetti in nice even layer. Sprinkle with spices. Pour spaghetti sauce over all; then alternate cheeses. Place ham on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour; uncover and bake another 15 minutes.

Crockpot directions: same as above, except substitute 9x13 for crock and cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours. Very good!
