1 Low Fat cake mix (w/pudding in the mix)
1 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling- no sugar added
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Dump the cherry pie filling into the dry cake mix. Add the beaten egg to this mixture and then add enough water to make it a pour-able batter. (Abt. 1/4 cup) Mix well.
Pour mixture into a Pam sprayed 9"x13" cake pan and bake on 350 degrees until done or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
This is so yummy served warm with a dollup of sugar free ice cream....or cold with a dollup of sugar free, fat-free cool whip!
