1/2 cup chunky blue cheese dressing (I like Wishbone)
2 cups cooked white meat chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup green or red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
2 tablespoons sliced green onion

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with crackers, or on croissants.
