1/2 cup butter
3 gr.onions, finely chopped
2 cup (8oz.) finely chopped fresh mushrooms
2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 can crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sauce mushroooms and onions in butter. Blend in cream cheese and allow to cool. Spread out each pkg. of dinner rolls in one long flat piece. Pinch edges together and roll slightly with rolling pin to form 2 rectangles. Spread with mushroom filling and roll from long side to form pinwheels. Freeze to set ( about 15 minutes) Slice and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º until golden (about 12 minutes).

Can freeze unbaked pinwheels and bake as needed. Takes about 1 hour to thaw slightly.
