2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp Worchester Sauce
course dash pepper
1 glog ketchup or chili sauce
1 egg (can use the whites only)
1/3 cup of water (ice is best)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and put in a loaf pan, sprayed with Pam.

Bake 375 for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours.
